Age of these women was from 18 to 52, presence of normal and conditionally-pathogenic and absence of strictly pathogenic microflora was necessary. On the base of determination of Conditionally-pathogenic microflora index (CPMI), and other direct or indirect signs of presence or absence of inflammation, next groups of examination were formed: I group - normocenosis, CPMI not less than 3 lg Genome-equivalent/sample, quantity of conditionally-pathogenic microorganisms wasn't more than 104,5, mycoplasmas were absent. II group - dysbiosis of I grade - CPMI from 3 to 1 and presence of some clinical and laboratory signs, III group - CPMI less than 1 lg GE/sample; valuable decreasing of common bacterial mass and Lactobacillus spp., appearance of mycoplasmas and utmost constant contents of Candida.
