Morphological, histochemical and electron microscopic studies after implantation into cartilage and bone tissue of rats in vivo indicate that the improvement of the chemical and structural organization of materials for implantation contributes to biological interaction, resorption, successful penetration and internalization of factors important for cartilage and / or bone metabolism, improvement of vascularization, the course of reparative processes in general.
