Peculiarities of growth of "hairy" wormwood roots of two species have been established, variability in growth rate has been revealed. Based on the analysis of the total content of flavonoids and the level of antioxidant activity, samples of "hairy" roots - potential producers of bioactive compounds - were selected. It was determined that, despite the intensification of the growth of "hairy" roots when cultivated on a nutrient medium with reduced nitrogen content, it is advisable to use the main medium Murashige and Skoog due to reduced specific flavonoids with reduced nitrogen concentration. The method of obtaining extracts was optimized, the parameters of HPLC analysis of qualitative and quantitative content of flavonoids in extracts were determined, the presence of 12 flavonoids was established, in particular, those known for high levels of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, namely quercetin, apigenin, luteolin and polyphenolic acids. gallic acid). The analysis of anti-inflammatory activity on the ability of extracts to inhibit 15-LOX was performed and the dose-dependence of such activity was revealed.
