Research methods: method of transplanted cell culture of normal human fibroblasts and malignant human cells, cytological, biophysical, statistical.The study of morphofunctional characteristics of test systems during incubation with gadolinium-containing photon-capture agent "Dotavist" in a wide range of concentrations (5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 μl / ml) found that at low concentrations of 5 ÷ 25 μl / ml proliferative and mitotic activity did not differ from control. At concentrations of 100 and 200 μl / ml, destruction of the cell monolayer, structural changes in cell culture and the appearance of atypical cells in culture were observed. Studies with the photosensitizer "Photolon" showed opposite effects of morphofunctional characteristics of cell cultures: cytotoxic effects on malignant cells A-549 were manifested at the lowest concentrations of 5 and 10 μl / ml.Changes in the culture of normal fibroblasts under the action of FS in the concentration range of 5 ÷ 200 μl / ml indicate the genotoxic properties of the photosensitizer on normal human fibroblasts.
