Analysis of the kinetics of germination under the studied conditions temperatures showed that the decrease in the optical density of the suspension, which indicated the germination of spores in the nutrient medium, after treatment with the germinant mixture reached values of 70.2±3.6% (B.cereus) and 63±7.1% (B.anthracis) according to temperature 8°C; 44.1±7.2% (B.cereus) and 39.5±5.6%% (B.anthracis) at a temperature of 15°С; 30.0±3.5% (B.cereus) and 38.7±7.2% (B.anthracis) at a temperature of 25°С; 21.3±6.0% (B.cereus) and 32.8±4.9% (B.anthracis) at a temperature of 35°С. At the same time, the highest rates of germination of spores germinated without the addition of a germinant ranged from 55.2 ± 8.2%% to 64.0 ± 5.6% at a temperature of 35°С. At lower temperatures, these values were at least 63-65%, which is almost half as much as in variants with the use of germinant and is statistically reliable. It was established that the optimal temperature for the growth of vegetative forms of bacteria with the use of germinant is in the range of 25-35°C, after 48 hours the growth reached maximum values - 8.4±0.4 log10 CFU/cm3 (B.anthracis) and 7.7 ±0.4 log10 CFU/cm3 (B.cereus).
