This effect is largely due to changes in the functional activity of macrophages.In mice with tumors that did not receive treatment, the macrophages of M2 macrophages were prevailed.The use of lectin B. subtilis IMV B-7724 (both in mono-mode and in combination with cisplatin) ensured the preservation of functional activity of macrophages and contributed to their polarization in the direction of M1.
