Aim of the study: To define level, structure and dynamics of cancer incidence in affected groups during post-accident period up to 2021 and to estimate an acceptable model of radiation associated cancer risk for Ukrainian population. Research methods: epidemiological, statistical, program and mathematical. All cancers incidence rates exceed the national level only in clean-up workers of 1986-1987. SIR (standardized incidence ratio) = 106.6 % (95 % confidence interval CI: 104.9-108.5). Significant excess of thyroid cancer was observed in clean-up workers - 4.5-fold, evacuees - 3.8-fold, residents of radioactive contaminated territories - 1.3-fold. Leukemia and lympoma incidence rate in clean-up workers and evacuees exceeds the national level in 1.5 times. Breast cancer incidence in clean-up workers is higher in 1.6 times comparing with expected level. In women evacuees and residents of the contamitated territories breast cancer incidence rate increases too. Publications: 2 articles in national journals (1 - in press), 4 abstracts, participating in 5 conferences, information letter - 1. Field of use: bodies and institutions of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, institutions of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. Key words: CHORNOBYL ACCIDENT, MALIGNANT TUMOURS, LIQUIDATORS, EVACUEES, RESIDENTS OF TERRITORIES MOST CONTAMINATED WITH RADIONUCLIDES Product Description popup.authors Babkina Nataliia G.
