The level of immunity to IBV, IBD and ND corresponded to the standard (60-100%); the presence of antibodies to pathogens was established: ILT (from 0 to 100%), PMV (from 0 to 100%), M. gallisepticum (from 0 to 80.0%), M. synoviae (from 0 to 65.0%). Antibodies to avian influenza viruses (influenza A, subtypes H5 and H7) were not detected. Bacteriological studies of paternal material from 586 heads were also carried out. poultry of different ages and different types of productivity, including hatching waste, from farms in five regions of Ukraine. Five Salmonella isolates were isolated, and their antibiotic sensitivity was studied. A phylogenetic analysis of the gene region of selected ILT isolates (Sumy 6-11/19, A 04-12, B 59-11 and B 2-10) was carried out. The vaccine-like isolate B 2-10 (isolated from a vaccinated bird) was included in a large cluster in which both field and vaccine viruses are located. The ILT B 59-11 virus (isolated from unvaccinated chickens) is located in a separate cluster and is related to the field ILT virus that circulated in Brazil. During the development of the technological regulations for the production of an inactivated vaccine against hemophilosis of birds, optimal nutrient media were selected for the cultivation of production strains, an inactivant was selected, and three experimental samples of the vaccine were obtained using a mixture of antigens and different ratios of adjuvants. In laboratory conditions, the antigenic and immunogenic activity of the developed biopreparation in comparison with the commercial vaccine was established on experimental birds - the immunogenicity of the experimental samples was 80-100%. In order to work out the method of selection and transportation of samples for bacteriological research. Product Description popup.authors Yechkenko Ruslana V. Veretsun Andrii L Vlashchenko Anton S.
