The object of research is the Ukrainian Dairy cattle Black-Spotted breed herds. Research methods are analytical, zootechnical, breeding, population-genetic, biometric and economic.The level of phenotypic variability in breeding herds of Ukrainian Black-Spotted Dairy cattle was evaluated by productivity indicators. The dairy productivity of cows in these herds is, respectively: 7594 and 7967 kg for milk yield and 295 and 344 kg for milk fat, as well as 245 and 263 kg for milk protein. In addition, the yield for the first lactation in PZ "Askaniyske" amounted to 7486 and 291 kg of milk fat, in PZ "Dnipro" 7544 and 325 kg, respectively, and the content of milk protein - 242 and 249 kg, respectively. It was noted that the mass of milk fat and protein correlates with the amount of milk (r=0.89).
