Key alterations in the intestinal microbiota of individuals with post-traumatic stress symptoms were identified, and novel primers were selected for use in rapid diagnostic testing. Personalized microbiome correction strategies were modeled in silico, and the biological activity of pro-, pre-, pharma-, psycho-, immuno-, and postbiotics was assessed in vitro.
